 Grilled Red Snapper on the Half Shell

I cooked up some of the Red Snapper I caught on the grill. It was very good!

Big fan of both Red Snapper and Redfish on the half shell. Bleed them well when caught. I ice them under deep ice and not in ice water. Man that’s great eating!
