There is a 5.56 pistol in the classifieds for $500. 5.56 in a .223 chamber is an over pressure concern. Do not do that.

Yeah, I should clarify. I wouldn’t shoot 5.56 in a .223 target rifle. But why would anyone do that? Buy a damn ar, it’s Americas Rifle after all. Do the research on 5.56 vs .223.. Don’t use it in target rifle but, I would if I needed to.

I have had both the mini 14 and the mini 30, key word being "had".

they run about 1,000.00 - 1,200.00 now too.
