Any product recommendations? Do they pick up hot tire tracks? Thanks

It’s better to have it done than to DYI. Such a PITA.
It’s good stuff and we like it. Depends on colors, but you really can’t see tire marks but you wash or mop it out and golden. I did my porches.
I have buddy that does it and he is reasonable.

better to hire it out on a used garage floor, let them worry about all the oil drops and grease marks.
either way, I suggest throwing a light sanding in the wet stuff, won't take much at all but will save you a busted butt later down the road.
play sand from home depot or lowes is perfect, it will only take about gallon worth for a 2 car, light, light spread evenly.
if you are doing it then the rust oleum 2 part epoxy is a really good one, wash the floor with some muriatic acid diluted in water, 50/50.

I used the Rustoleum branded one from HD on a new floor, washed with Muriatic acid as suggested and it is perfect still. 2006. Wash it with laundry detergent a couple times a year.

Most definitely hire it out with a professional. Polyurea is only way to go. It’s the best. It is 4 times stronger than epoxy and usually comes with at least a 15year warranty. We had a 40X40 shop done this last fall and it turned out awesome. Yes, it’s expensive but oh, well.
