I have noted that I am comfortable out on the ‘toon as long as it is moving.
It is only when I stop that the searing heat bothers me so greatly. So, it makes sense to me that fishery biologists develop a fresh water barracuda.
I need a fish that I can catch at 10 knots.

Take the fan off an air boat and bolt it to the front of the toon. That ought to cool ya down

Bimini top, troll a hell pet rig and drink a lot of water. Jump in the lake every 20 minutes. Bring lots of cantelope to eat.
