Hot mid-day catfish action with chum and punch bait

well , it was not as good today. I think we need some rain boys ....

I have got all my stuff ready to go, just waiting on the rain. I know I can go catch the smaller fish, but what I want and after, with as long a time since our last rain with any run-off, just don't figure it would be a good bite on those fish. You let it rain around here, with the run-off that this whole part of the country needs, well let's just say I am going.
