The bubba scale looks interesting, albeit pricey. I have never found a scale I'm happy with. I know Dobyns is coming out with a new one as well. It would be great if someone would finally solve the problem and make a great, reliable, accurate, easy to use scale with a bluetooth/wifi interface for your phone.

Well the prices are high because they see people paying 3k for a trolling motor, 100K for boat, 5K for video fish finder and the list keeps going. As long as the pro's that get paid to sell this stuff, and the people lap it up, why not set the price high. Personally I cant see spending 300 bucks for a pole or 500 bucks for a reel or thousands for a video fish finder. As long as they can suck people in to pay it, it will continue to go up.
