I just wanted to say a big thank you to Sartin Marine for fixing a trolling motor issue I was having. In this day and age it is so refreshing to deal with a very knowledgeable company that does exactly what they say they are going to do. Great customer service is so rare these days that I try to recognize and recommend companies that do a great job. Bryan is a trolling motor genius. Not only was the repair top notch, they did it very quickly. A Tyler area shop quoted me over $800 for the repair. Sartin was able to work with Minn Kota on some warranty issues and got the bill down to less than $200. Thanks again guys! If you have any issues with your boat you should reach out to the guys at Sartin Marine.

they are indeed AWESOME to work with. Bryan is the best. That guy understands what service means! IMHO, the best shop in the Fork area, hands down. They have all my business.

No doubt...the best there is for me. Billy and Bryan are like family and provide a darn good service on top of it.

Oh yes I purchesed a boat from them recently, very relaxed and easy experience. Bily Sartin and his crew are a pleasure to deal with, I'd buy another boat from them in a heartbeat. They are very honest and straight forward......

I went to them once for an engine issue because they told me they had the shortest lead time to work on it. Well they took two weeks longer than they said which was in line with what the other shops out there were telling me. My experience with them was a disaster. Because of that, I would not go back to them if they were the only repair place out there. Lesson learned, the hard way.

Im glad you had good service with them. I will NEVER GO BACK. EVER.

I had an issue on a weekend trip to Fork, I had never even heard of Sartin Marine but they were the closest place to me so I pulled in there with the best case scenario being that maybe they had the parts I needed. They acted like I was a 30 year vip customer, worked on my boat in the parking lot and had me back on the water in less than 2 hours. It was by far the best boat related service experience I’ve ever had, I wish I had those guys here.

Absolutely, the best place to do business with! I enjoy walking in and all the Sartin team calls me by my name - again, as mentioned in an earlier post, customer service today lacks in a lot places.. BTW.. I have ordered my second Bullet from Billy should be in around September. Can't wait.

Sartin Marine is the best around period! Anthony has helped me out of a pickle on several occasions, fixing a problem to get me back on the water in no time. When other dealerships and shops wanted me to drop off the boat and leave it with them so they could look at in in two to three weeks. There are other dealerships closer and more convient for me and I actually drive right past them to go to Sartin.

I'm not sure what the issue was with your boat, but sometimes a quick solution is not possible with the availability of getting parts or other demands on their time. You said you went to them once and had a bad experience. I'm not discounting your experience but, my experience and others on this board would indicate, that if you find yourself in need again, you should at least, give them another chance. They have a great reputation from just about everyone I know. Their reputation was earned.
