Is eagle mountain lake too low to launch a boat?I was told all ramps are closed/

Is eagle mountain lake too low to launch a boat?I was told all ramps are closed/ Water data of north Texas will provide your lake level intel. Pick the river basin that said lake is on link to that lake , bingo.
