Have you tried a balsamic marinade? Fish w salsa?

Great recipe , looks fantastic. My personal opinion concerning eating or not eating stripers, if one does not like the taste , it is the cook and how the fish is cleaned !!

That looks really good. I bet it would make some great fish tacos! If you do a good job cutting the red out stripers are as good any.

That looks really good. I bet it would make some great fish tacos! If you do a good job cutting the red out stripers are as good any. During the marinade phase, I was thinking it would be great fish tacos. But since we had plenty of fish, we just skipped the tortillas and other taco ingredients and just went with the salsa.
