He11, I lose power out here once a month anyways! Last week it was 5 hours down. I had the generator out and cranking within 10 minutes.

A small plug-in called Kill-a-Watt and look at it occasionally. And chart your findings. You might be surprised.

I know of one that will not run again! The experts imploded Monticello about 2 weeks ago, the generators are laying on the ground.
