Good race but very few saw it in person... Sad but I think NASCAR on it's last leg... Dan Atlanta has never supported sporting events- well documented. The tracks get a huge cut on the TV deal as well.

NASCAR is tanking because they went woke. That's all I got to say. Otherwise this thread would either head to the bunker or I'd get a suspension like a crew chief that had a tire fall off the car.

Their current television contract is up in 2024. TV money drives sports in general. It will be interesting to see how much Fox and NBC value NASCAR for another 10 years.

A crazy Nascar race would be to have them do practice and qualifying like normal but just before the race, make them turnaround and make them turn right, turn right, turn right, turn right, rinse and repeat.

Adding road course races is making it a little more watchable. There are some great road course out there that they have not gone to. Even Daytona has a nice road course inside the oval track. I would love to see them on some of the old school road courses.

I would love to see them on some of the old school road courses. This is very true. More Road Courses would be awesome. I read somewhere that they were considering a road race in downtown Chicago. I would tune into that for sure.
