With the intense heat and drought my garden isn’t faring so well. Usually I would can pickles and peppers but I’m just not getting the quantity to justify it. Anyone have any good recipes for refrigerator pickles?

Gotta admit I’m not a fan of sweet pickles but my mom is. I will try your recipe and appreciate you sharing it. Thanks.

That's a good recipe. I add a little turmeric and they come out great. It's good for pickled yellow squash, too!

We just buy HEB brand hamburger sliced pickles and add a cut jalapeno and some fresh garlic. The pickles will spice up in days and you can taste the extra garlic shortly after.

I know they aren't home made but they are pretty good for little to no work.

We just put them in Jalapeno brine left over from a jar of pickled peppers.
