For those of you with 20-30 rods in the boat, how do you keep track of what line you have on each rod? I'm sitting here trying to rig everything up but can't remember what line is what. From invizx, big game, and yozuri copoly, and others in various sizes, I've managed to forget which was where.

By the bait tied on. I use a certain size line for specific catagories of lures.

Memory. Don’t have more rods than you have the ability to remember. As dementia sets in and memory worsens simply get rid of some of your rods. It’s natural progression, kinda the “Circle Of Life”(watch The Lion King”)………🤔🤷🏻‍♂️🤪

I make it easy on myself. I only use 2 type line, both braid. one gray 20lb, one dark green 15lb. It's the rod length and reel that I deem, crank bait, plastic, etc...

I have started to learn that I really only use 4 line sizes so it's pretty easy for me.

BFS / Drop Shot = 20 lb braid to 10 lb flouro

Squarebill / Light t-rig = 12 lb flouro

Topwater = 50 lb braid

All else = 14 lb flouro

Although, I'm experimenting with 16lb on my jig rod, just to see if I like it.

I use certain line for all techniques also, but I still put a small label of size and date I put on.
