Reportedly it happened in Carrollton, TX. Fireworks are illegal within city limits.

If that was in Carrollton or anywhere else in DFW I hope the police got involved and made it even more expensive for them being such inconsiderate morons.

One of the reasons we don't let my brother be in charge of the fireworks:
One year we were doing our annual Christmas fireworks show at our family ranch outside of Hawkins. My brother took an artillery shell and put it on the rock wall surrounding the patio about fifteen feet from the house and lit the fuse (not in the launch tube). I was about thirty feet away when I realized what he was doing and yelled 'NO, Everybody get away'

Too late. The launch charge and the starburst charge went off at the same time. It blew a piece of the rock wall off and I don't know how it didn't break any windows.

At farmers, we've seen a thing or two.
