That is not going to be a marina. That's a private ramp for the game wardens. .As of today it's just 39 percent full. Got a ways to go

From what I’ve been told by a very very good source. They will not open the lake until it hits full pool the 1st time. Period end of story. So water touching the bottom side of that ramp ain’t gonna get us there unfortunately.

I bet the oak trees are dead and gone west of the bridge before we get a chance at those ducks.

You can just look up the owner of the lake. Google their lake office and inquire for yourself if your interested. I’m sure that Randolph (the game warden) could tell you as well.

Or you can sit back and tell me I was right when this drought breaks and the water settles 2’ from pool and they won’t open it.

I’m told they view it as a liability issue Because their construction permit is considered “open” until it hits pool for the 1st time. I’ve got a relative that sits at that table.
