We rented a lake house for a mid July long weekend getaway and obviously we are taking the boat. I see the lake is about 4 feet low. Any hazards that I should be aware of that would cause concern at this level? Also.....is this going to be primarily an offshore type lake or should we get plenty of bites in shallow water. We've never been there.
Thanks in advance!

No hazards if you stay away from the bank. They bite shallow and deep. Lots of schooling bass this summer.
Retirement best job ever.

Couple long points to watch out for while running so keep an eye on that. No major hazards to watch for main lake. You can catch fish in most all depths so stay hydrated and have some fun
