I will be in the Lake Caliveras area Aug 5 thru the 7th. Still looking to catch my first Rio. Just checking to see if there are any Rios available in the lake.

There are Rios in Calaveras Lake. Will be sending you a PM. Side Note: I have not fished Calaveras this year.

Last year I found Rios on the east end of the dam. Rock bottom 15" deep. Fished from a kayak.
