I just never got the Mac and cheese thing. I love pasta, but macaroni and cheese sauce in one big gooey glob is not the way I want to eat pasta. My grandkids will eat it like it is a gourmet meal. Just not for me.

Its my favorite food and I can't eat it.  It was your favorite food. Gotta let it go I'm sick of chicken. Bob fish is also a great choice. Better for you than chicken even. Assuming you bake it and not batter and fry it. A nice piece of salmon baked with some olive oil and seasoned as you like with a small avocado and some sriracha is a staple for me. Eat it every other day pretty much for dinner.

You brought back great memories of my granny who made us mac and cheese (original kraft I know not as good as shells but not the point) with tuna for lunch and then we baked homemade molasses cookies from scratch in the afternoon....great memories
