I agree 100%. Too many people think everything should revolve around them. Its summertime and these guys are out there busting their [censored] doing a physical job in the heat. It costs nothing to show them a little grace and be "inconvenienced" for 30 damn minutes.

Outside of those cities where there are defined start/stop hours, the biggest offenders are the concrete pourers who set up airport runway lighting and give you the constant beep beep of mixer trucks backing in at 3 am.

6 am is not an unreasonable hour for lawn, roofing or framing contractors. It may bother some folks but so do the idiots who fire up their mowers at 7 pm and ruin the early evening quiet by mowing until dark. I mow and blow at 6 am and let new neighbors know as soon as they move in.
