The local article that made me google it made it seem like pretty much this is what went down! LOL That a monkey got caught in the crossfire or that they had a monkey sized bullet proof vest? Well, yes. And the pic of the dead monkey was it weird cuz it was a dead monkey or because he also had a camo hoodie on?

I'm having a hard time blowing up the pic with the woman lying on the ground in handcuffs to be able to get a better look up her skirt. Any help or suggestions?
