what is the best way to set the up? I have a force trolling motor and it will be 36v and I will have 3 lithium batteries.. Do I hook them up in series or parallel??

IF they are 12 volt batteries you have to wire them in series to get 36 volts

Get a single 36v-40ah Lithium. Impulse Lithium has them for 799 shipped. code I used was Impulse-36v

I went with 3 60AH non bluetooth from Impulse. The 3 battery setup gives you a little more flexibility if one battery goes south. Plus Impulse has impressive customer service if needed... Dan
