Haven't made it out to Lavon in awhile. Might head out there in the next couple of weeks depending on work and the heat. Curious how it is fishing right now.

It's fishing good but the fish are starting to get finicky with warm water temps. Standing and submerged timber are holding better quality fish than brushpiles, but there are fish everywhere. Use small profile jigs and move around a lot. Good luck

The best fish from last weekend and livescope pic of a tree I fished.

Awesome! Thanks for sharing. Sounds like it is similar to Ray Roberts right now. Gotta get out there.

I fish from safe light until noonish. The best bite really is around 2-8 ish pm fishing straight minnows which I really don't care for but it is what it is. I put in at Brockdale (Allen side) and run around to East Arm

I live really close to Brockdale too but I started using Clear Lake and Tickey Creek for shorter runs to the east side. I have not tried to the timber on the west arm this year. They normally stack up there right after the spawn.

Very good sir, For some reason I thought you fished with your daughter some out of a CC.
