I recall during the Clinton days, one of the cities had a buy back program. People were Buying surplus SKS rifles for 100 bucks or less and then turning them in and getting a buck 150 or something similar. I think was Chicago.

The most troubling thing is “Guns 4 Ukraine”. They want to take our guns but throw heavy arms at them with no oversight.
