saw an interview with a retired blue angel pilot that was also one of the pilots that did the flying.
2 seater and the actors sat in the rear seat and none of it was cgi, said the flying scenes were all shot with actual fighters doin the flying.

One of the few sequels better than the original.

We seen it yesterday, too. One awesome movie! Now it's time for Jurassic World. What's crazy we went to the box office to buy tickets at Movie House & Eatery in FM and tickets were $29 and change for two. Got there a little late so they had front row seating only. We declined and then headed over to Grapevine AMC at GMM and paid a measly $6/ticket. What a difference! I guess one has to pay for the eatery ambience, even if you don't eat. We don't go to movies very often, so I dunno...maybe you have to eat when frequenting those places.

The family wanted to see Jurassic World: Dominion and I had very low expectations. Those expectations were not met.

So the movie was worse than you expected?

Uninspired plot with patchwork scenes spliced together. Good actors, but I couldn’t get past Sam Neill completely losing his New Zealand accent—every previous Jurassic Park movie he speaks with his native New Zealand accent and it’s completely absent in this film.

Mrs RayBob and I went tp Lufkin with our 2 boys (young men) for the earlies showing @ 0910. She had made reserva on Wednesday for $7.00/ticket.
There were only 2 other people at the showing.
Enjoyed it thoroughly.

Tom Cruise's own P-51 Mustang in the first and last scene was greatness. My favorite aircraft of all time. In the mid 70s I spend a lot of time on a Ranch close to Denton Airfield where Johnny Rutherford kept his P-51. He flew it quit often and watching and hearing that Mustang gave me wood every time. There is no sound on Earth better than one of those Mustangs screaming over your head.

Likewise sentiments on the P-51 !

Excellent movie. The wife and daughter thought so as well and that says a lot.

Wife and I went Friday. Really good movie. Actually several funny scenes and lines that really worked well in the story line.

It’s taken you quite some time to see it. About as long as it took to make a sequel, maybe you’ll check that one out 35 years from now!
Livescope, ruining a body of water near you!
