I know a kid that has a construction management degree that got an internship and then hired on at $91,000 and a year later changed to a job making $131,000.



guess I retired too dam early, just my luck. roflmao

I got one for ya living in Houston but he's probably pulling down $125 ish now. Very smart, conscientious kid and not many in that age that have those qualities.

Yeah, more than I care to pay. I'm in the 85-110 range and I'd prefer to stay on the lower end of that. You'd think I'd be able to get a kid straight out of school for 85K, but apparently, it's harder than you'd think.

My oldest just graduated last fall with a computer science degree. He is working for a power company in Arkansas doing some sort of programming and started at 70k.
