Are they no longer arresting people or writing them Criminal Trespass tickets for being on that bank?

There was a few people on the bank, the other anglers were telling me that they don’t really care on weekends when they are not doing a heavy release from the damn. Boaters we’re all the way up by the dam

Its all government owned. I believe it is owned by the City of Houston but it could be the SJRA.
