when the evidence shows it most likely was broke when he off loaded it. gouged and scratched the boat coming off- then scratched it again when loaded

Does it matter if it was loose and fell off or someone took it off when it comes to insurance? I would think all he has to do is get the adjuster out, show the damage and they would pay either way. Even if he thinks it was sabotage, it is possible it fell off in the lake while launching and disappeared in the water. Great theory Mr. Greeson, but apparently you didn't read the expert testimonies from the Forensic scientist who looked at the picture. Or you should notice it gone when loading after a few hours sleep, fishing your butt off for 8hrs or more and trying to center the bunks.
