What are the differing guys using for scales for the events? Looking to pick up a set and not sure the pro scales 357 is the best option.

The โ357โ scale is a solid and accurate scale!

I use the Pro Tournament H2 Series.. Wireless Remote Digital Readout...tripod....hard case on wheels. Super Great set. I bought my set some years ago and won't look back. Pricey.

Currently using this set up and wanted to see if there was a better or different option to try out as well. I have a busted set of equalizers (board or screen went out) and love the lock option. The 357 says it has a lock option, but have not tried it a lot yet. I want to get scales to lock vs seeing where it settles the most at. I understand the 357 will lock/hold when the weight has been static for a time count. The upper option will lock on flopping fish. Would love to have these, and the developer of WeighFish TD said he will support the integration for bluetooth connectivity on these. But there is the price tag. For grins, shoot me a PM with your price for the 2 equalizers. Guessing these are the -30 and not the -40 sets?

I have just the scales from pro tournament 357 and like them. I used them when I ran Media bass Northeast division and now I use them for Cowboy church bass club. They are good.. I can bring them out on a Wednesday night and you use them to see if you like them..

Like locking on moving fish similar to the equalizer scales.

Like locking on moving fish similar to the equalizer scales. I had that " lock on moving fish" thing taken out of my set. It has to be done professionally. Cal-Tech Calibration in Dickinson,Tx., took that feature out. I personally didn't like it.

I picked up a 357 used in 2018 and its been a fantastic scale. The "HOLD" mode will lock in the weight, has worked well for me. But you have to be vigilant about pressing hold again and then zeroing the scale after-words. Its not super automated.
