Couple of friends and I are talking about getting a group together and doing their weekend charter package. Place looks amazing and isn't too over the top if you get a decent sized group. Fly out Friday and come home Sunday afternoon. 2 nights of lodging and 2 rounds of golf per person.

Have driven by there numerous times. Don't play golf, but it looks well maintained. Summer is NOT the time to go to Lajitas.

My mom has pictures of the beer drinking goat that was the mayor there.

My buddy and his 2 grandsons are going June 6th-8th, seems pretty damn expensive to me, basically $1k a day with lodging.

I had to look it up, it’s out there aways

I went there in 2001. It was before they built up the resort. The golf course was hard ground off the fairway. If I recall,, there was a lot of elevation changes also. I may be slightly mixed up because we played a course in Alpine and another around big bend on this trip. I got to give the goat a beer. He finished it pretty quick.

Parentals went there and met, talked and partied with James Garner. They loved it.
Brother has 40 acres out in Terlingua.

We are going for the Chili cook off in November. We are staying at the RV park across the highway from the golf resort. If you have time, spend a little of it in the Big Bend National Park well worth it.

I've stayed at the resort but I don't golf. We stayed in the Clay Henrysuite.He's the goat mayor of Terlinguia

Was there with my wife and son several years ago. Was hot for sure, but we had the course to ourselves. Fun course. Definitely the only one like it in Texas.
