Hope it keeps on falling. We have had periods of heavy rain to drizzle all day. Some areas near here already over 3"

One brief lightning show and a five minute downpour and here i sit without power again. Power grid sucks in S-hole A-town. Was without power for ten hours about a month ago.

I have had maybe 1.5". My garden is happy finally. Before the rains Sunday the ground was like powder down to about 6".
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.
