It's been underwater for a long time. It was all crusty and I cleaned it up and plugged it in and it worked...yup it has no cell service

It's been underwater for a long time. It was all crusty and I cleaned it up and plugged it in and it worked...yup it has no cell service Jeez. My iPhone didn’t last 2 minutes after it got wet. luckily I was able to make a Bluetooth call REALLY fast to get my wife to arrange a new phone for me.
