Went there Yesterday and the little miss in the office told me the Marina is closed on weekends. I s@%t you not. Promised me they would not tow me out of here today, but after that no promises. I am not familiar with the area.
My question is where is another safe ramp to use where I know all me [censored] will be there when I get back. TIA I saw another ramp South I believe it was something like Terry, but there was police activity going on there when I passed by.

Normally from Memorial Day to Labor Day it's a members only deal at Chandlers on the weekend. We snuck our Open in just under the deadline this last week. Terry Park is a nice facility and pretty safe and as Chris mentioned, 66 is always an option

I fished it some during the 90's and it was pretty entertaining to watch the rookie's launch. I used to use 66 and the public ramp @ I-30 that is no longer there. The one @ I-30 I got to see a bunch of people, including me, get really mad at some folks that rolled in with their pleasure boat, backed halfway down the ramp and then spend the next 10 to 15 minutes transferring stuff from their SUV to the boat with the parking lot full and a ton of people waiting in line to use the ramp. Holiday crowd, I'll never do that again. If I were going to go would probably be my choice. To many eyes to make most thieves comfortable.

Chandlers will sell you a ramp pass for the year that includes weekends and holidays but it is NOT cheap. Was $500 for the year in 2021. I think it gets prorated as the year goes on.
