The goofy husband came down one day and asked me if I had any kind of internet or computer network in my house and if I did he would like for me to not only disconnect it but remove it completely from my property. I told him I’d take care of it right away!!!
I would have renamed my router "FBI". Then walked over to his house and tell him you have complied, but show him your phone and tell him this one you have no control over.
He is truly a sick individual.

He needs a ziplock bag with about 1/4 filled with water and a penny in it. hanging above the trash can.
Maybe you should sneak over there and throw some sardines or crappie trimmings in his trash can.

Does the "weird neighbor" mind his own business, or does he take photos of other people and post them on internet forums?

Addendum: He is kind of, umm, minding his own business.
...------ The lady that owns the house is a really nice lady. Very friendly. That’s her dad that is living with her. He’s getting old. So maybe that is a time filler for him. Lol. He even started squashing the flys on the garage door and driveway. It was kinda entertaining. That’s all. He went at it for almost a 6-pack. Two hours.
