I'm a junior in Rockwall ISD. I have a fishing partner and my own mid-upper quality equipment. We are seeking someone with a boat that has electronics and knows where to look for fish. I've been fishing since I was old enough to walk. My family says I'd spend all day at a puddle with dental floss if I thought I could catch a guppie out of it. I've caught thousands of fish and hundreds of bass. A lot of fish have been with my Dad or by myself in small lakes and ponds. My Dad lives on the Coast, so I do not have access to a boat here near Rockwall. From what the school said, we need to have someone with a boat that can go out one weekday afternoon and/or one weekend morning a few times per month on lakes in the general area of Rockwall, primarily Ray Hubbard. I'm confident we can win with the right Captain helping us out. You don't need a Captain's license since we are not paying you, but we will pay for gas (well my Dad will!). Please PM me so I can get you and my Dad on the phone if you are interested in helping out a Rockwall fishing team! Thanks Here's yesterday's fish I got on a frog jig I made ![[Linked Image]](https://i.postimg.cc/0Npt5dRY/bass-22.jpg)

Can anyone help out? Even if we had a few people donate a few hours with their boat, we can have a different Captain from time to time.....

To help you further understand some things about HS fishing, Hubbard is a Great Lake but you’ll be fishing other lakes besides Hubbard. With that being said, lots of hours of travel and pre-fishing are required in order to compete and be successful at this game. I’m a retired 3-year boat captain of a RHS team that won 3 tournaments and had 6 top 5 finishes in these 3 seasons. It was a great experience, the time spent with these young men was priceless. One of these young men happens to be my son, who is currently a freshman at East Texas Baptist University. HS bass fishing is a huge commitment if you really want to be great at it and I hope you find someone that’s willing to be a captain. If you find a captain, I’d be happy to share some knowledge on the lakes that RHS typically fishes each season throughout the year. Let me know if I can help anytime, just shoot me a PM on this forum.
Thanks and good luck

When I try to PM it says not available at my membership level. Maybe you can PM me. I can call you. My fishing partners parents bought a boat today, so we are one step closer to getting started.
Thanks!

Try joining the scarebook group for the Rockwall team to see if anyone there has a connection for a captain. https://m.facebook.com/groups/281672492558370/Captains tend to run in small circles and they may know of someone in their adult club and tournament trails.
