We can launch our big boats at only 1 of the 4 River lakes we fish, the water is so low the ramps are 3 ft out of the water at the other 3 bang but we can always launch the 12ftr since we don't need a ramp banana
Amistad is so low the Diablo east ramp is down to one lane to launch. There are islands just under the surface 200 yards out from shore OMG extreme care is needed when running Amistad so keep your eyes peeled for islands and your head on a swivel

Side note: we fished Amistad until 2AM last night, needless to say it was a long slow boat ride back to the ramp in the dark

Places that I have fish south of San Antonio are in BAD SHAPE! They need RAIN badly. The hill country places are holding up pretty good but could also use a lot of rain. The east Texas waterbodies are in good shape but they also can use some rain. The fish have been active these past three weeks. Catching good numbers of some nice Bluegill, Redbreast, and Redear. thumb
