Thinking about listing our home here in Arlington. I know it's super easy to sell a home now, but figured a realtor is still the way to go? Would like to figure out a way to do it for less than the 6% standard fee as well. It gets a little expensive at that rate. I know there has been some creativity in the market here so just seeing what everyone else is doing.

We've used the same guy several times in the past 30 years, and Ratz used him to sell and buy about two years ago. I also used him to sell my mom's house in Duncanville. Great guy and will not BS you. Tell him Bill Akins sent you! Don Lawyer EXP Realty on Park Row Don Lawyer

Been a full time agent for just under 10 years and have done a lot of business in Arlington. Let me know if I can help 940.395.0086. Ill make you a good deal. Also ill add im not a part of some big team- I have my own company and just have an assistant that helps with paperwork. I handle the transaction from start to finish. These big guys with 20 plus agents will have you feeling passed around like a bottle of crown before you get to the closing table.

We won't be going anywhere for another year. Our youngest will be gone then. Then decisions will be made

FSBO..
You can get a lawyer to make sure all paperwork is filled out correctly for alot cheaper than 6%.
Pick a Title company and let them go to work.
