Anyone ever had one of these quit working in one bank and successfully repaired it? Everything looks fine upon initial inspection. Switching to other batteries results in the same thing as well. Currently I just have to keep moving the leads after a day or so to charge the 4th battery.

Happened to me twice.
Sold them as 3 bank chargers and bought new one.
My understanding is they are sealed and not repairable.

I have a 330d that lost a bank, buy a precision and lose about 5#

I have a 460PC and a 460D that both are now 3-bank chargers. No way to repair a bank as far as I know.

I had a MK460D and the exact same bank failed. They are pricey to replace.

….and I was thinking about ditching my Dual Pro 3-bank and single to tidy up the bilge and simplify things by buying a 460pc. Guess I’ll rethink the situation.

There is a feedback wire that goes to the battery with the charge cable, sometimes it breaks and can be fixed. The bank will not work without the feedback. I use my old on board chargers in the garage and shop to charge/maintain lawn mower and tractor batteries and other extra batteries....

Mine lost a bank.
Then another.
Then another.
Not a fan of them...

I have a 3 bank and thought I lost a bank once. I learned that the on board chargers will not charge a battery if the voltage drops below a certain level. It was the battery my radio is on and I had not charged it for a couple of months. Once I charged with the manual charger everything worked fine.

What did MK say when you called?
