I went with the Bullseye Grill for multiple reasons but the main one is I have a smoker & when it fails I will be going with a Recteq 590, 700 or 1250.
I love this Bullseye, it cooks great, pretty even heat all around, temp control is good and the food taste's fantastic! If any one has been debating purchasing one of these, stop and get it. Can't wait to get home & cook on it. Smoked some potato wedges seasoned with Killer Hogs BBQ Rub for 1.5 hrs on 225, then finished them off in a bit of chicken stock, butter & Kinders Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning, then grilled some chops using the Killer Hogs and glazed with Pineapple BBQ sauce. I've been eying to Bullseye for a while now to go with my 590. That sucker gets up to 750 degrees and would be perfect to sear steaks.

Stop eyeing and start buying, you will love it. Plus they are $100 off right now. We are thinking about buying the kids one for Christmas (the married ones) which would be 4. The single ones will get a cash equivalent or a gift card. And no we are not adopting any body.....lol.

Between the IRS and landscaping this past month I'm so broke I can't pay attention.

I asked for one for my birthday. Did not get it but then she admittedly does not listen to a word I say unless I say "I am going to buy..." then she hears perfectly.
