Ask for the prettiest nurse they have to remove it. It might be less painful if 'it' is straight with no curves to go around. I would ask them to bring in one of the Hooters girls and make sure she has on her extra tight uniform --- what could go wrong ?

I was taught a trick after a few of my surgeries and that is to humm really deeply when they remove it A lot less uncomfortable going in than coming out. I used to have my patients take 3 very deep breaths and on the 2nd exhale I'd slip it out. BOOM ! Do you deflate the balloon first?

Been there before, have the scar tissue to prove it. Not pleasant. I think that's what scares me the most when I go to the hospital. Good luck.
