2017 F150 Ecoboost. Dealership says the 30k mile service is well over $1,000. Anyone else think this is a bit excessive? Alternatives?

Check your service manual and see just what is needed for that mileage and see If they added anything. Also it may be out of warranty due to purchase date and if so take it where ever you want.

How many miles do you have on your F150?
When I looked at the 30k mile service it said to change the air filter. That is all.
The 100k mile service is when it gets a lot of extras like coolant, rear axle fluid and spark plugs.

Thanks, B. I’ll check him out in a few weeks. To answer other questions- It is a 2017 garage queen. Still under my MPP until June 2024. It has only been serviced by the dealer. I bought prepaid service plan.
