Google searched How do I get rid of powder post beetles in my house? Surface Treatments- Active infestations present in bare, exposed wood should be treated with a pesticide containing "borate", such as BoraCare or Timbor. Borate-containing products will pentrate and get rid of Powderpost beetles inside the wood as well as those entering or exiting the surface of the wood.

Is it a new floor? Were the beetles in the floor wood when installed? You may want to call the company who installed the floor.

Is it a new floor? The floors were in the house when they bought it so are at least 5 years old. Were the beetles in the floor wood when installed? Hard to tell, but everything I've read indicates they probably were. You may want to call the company who installed the floor. Not really an option

Yeah I read up on that and will probably recommend this as the first option. Orkin indicated that insecticides perform poorly on eliminating them, especially in finished wood and heat was the best way to go, but then again they were trying to sell their service. Most cost effective method may be to sand the floor, treat it with Borate or Timbor and then refinish the floor.

Make sure they haven’t gotten into your walls. Since it is a slab, the next place they might go is in the walls. Just might want to be sure.
