We had a hail storm Thursday with small hail. Yesterday there was at least 3 roofers going door to door in our neighborhood. One even came to my house. He wanted to do a roof inspection. I stepped outside and told him to look at my roof. It's metal. He still tried to talk me into an inspection. I told he to get off my property. Those guys are like vultures.

Def needs some regulation but with the profit margins in roofing those guys are going to do whatever they can to get another roof.

It's a hard job. I dont fault people for trying to earn a living. This^^^. We live out in the sticks and we encounter those paving dudes 3-4 times/year. Im cordial and say no thanks and sometimes we'll talk for a few minutes about inconsequential bs. He's out there scrambling for work and my hats off to him.
