So far I've only fished from Pier #1 and the surrounding area without much luck.

Does anyone know what the names of Piers #2-4 are called and if it's good to fish there? Any other tips would help too. Thanks

Pier #2 is called Station St. Pier. I've never fished it, but have looked many times. I haven't seen much caught there but I've noticed it's usually exposed to a lot of wind and current.
I would suggest Charlie's Pasture. To get there take an immediate right after getting off the ferry. It used to be a fairly trashed out mudhole, but usually produced fish. I think it's been developed and cleaned up a lot.
You might also try Conn Brown Harbor Pier in Aransas Pass.
Good luck!

I've seen nice bull reds caught in the ship channel from pier 1. Last summer there were also a bunch of small sea turtles feeding along the shoreline there. Pretty cool to see.

Pier Number 3 is the Channel View Condo's Pier. We fish it every year. You can catch alot of trout and reds when they are coming in. I thinks it is the best pier around. It is private so you have to stay at the condo's to fish it.

number 3 is condo view and a great place to fish. Number 4, I believe belongs to the college (I think Texas or A&M). Both are privite. A ton of locals fish the condo view piers, and if the fish are running, you will be shoulder to shoulder catching sand trout.

Condo view piers are great late summer and early fall for specs on outgoing tides under the lights at night. Other then that I dont fish them.

#2 "Station Street" can be a good place to fish at night under the lights on an incoming tide. Sand Trout and a few specks will come in after dark. Usually tough to fish till 10-11 at night after the tourist leave the pier. Later in the night I usually have more fun listening to the locals stories than fishing.

I would also second Charlies Pasture agian at night under the lights.

I am not sure if you can still fish it but the little jetty between 2 and 4 (where the pilot boats docks)was a blast to fish when I was a kid. Again lots of sand trout across the channel and on many occasions we would catch ribbonfish on spoons.
