Selma Park has some by the ramp. There is a county park by this ramp but I don't know if they allow day use/bank fishing for those who aren't camping. Also you can walk down to either end of the tunnel that separates old lake from new (You have to park off the road a little ways past the tunnel). This is a pretty good area if you are nimble enough to walk down the rip rap and fish. Small bit at the 1125 ramp.
