That will get your attention. I was fishing up in the animal sanctuary on Lake Worth about 3 hours before sunrise, didn't have any warm fuzzies about them. To be honest, I have never seen one in person. I had mega 360 on and really thought I would see something eventually. But an old man told me they see you a long time before you see them. My fishing mentor told me a story about him and another guy who were up in a real narrow creek back in the day. One went down the bank, across the deck and into the lake. Don't know how big it was, but I imagine he prob had to throw his underwear away that day. I have seen pictures in the news about some big ones in the DFW area, but I sure hope that I don't cross paths with one. Thanks for sharing...
Don't know when they build a nest, but "it" might be giving you a hint
I saw this same gator (probably) isn’t he water a couple of weeks ago and I almost pitched to it thinking it was a lay down. My pictures aren’t as good as this one.
Do yall normally not see gators up there? It's a strange day when I don't see 5-10 gators down here while fishing.
I fish 3-4 days a week in N Texas I am a junk fishin’ fool, too! I have never seen a Gator while fishing around here. Ever. I have seen a lot, but not that. When I go outta state to the east…Louisiana , Alabama , Mississippi…seen ‘em often.
