Just asking around, I’ve got a 6 year old who is begging me to go shark fishing. We are going to be in Port A all next week and was wanting to see if anyone knows of anyone in the area that specializes at targeting sharks. I know of a few options and we could always do the charter but wanting something more. Thanks

Sharks are abundant almost everywhere offshore. I can catch them almost anytime I want to when fishing with Dolphindocks. You can look at their photo gallery to get a feel for what they are catching. Since your son is 6, he may be just as happy with an Atlantic sharpnose shark as with a big one.

The biggest issue right now is the wind and wave height. It has been really rough offshore and next week doesn’t look very good. Surf fishing may be an option.
