walked out a few mins. ago and there laid about a 4' black as midnight rat snake (think it is anyway, has the white chin).

now waiting on it to get the heck out of the ac unit so I can relocate it far away from the bldg.

not sure, has the white chin which was about all I saw before it slithered into one of the ac units, got the security cam on it now watching for it.

pic is of an eastern rat snake, gonna look up black racer since I know they are out here.

nope, this one had a pattern in the black they say racers are just solid black.

sucker coiled up when I got between it and the ac unit, pattern in the black made me wonder, no doubt when that mouth opened.

one dead snek in the yard now.

and people wonder why I wear a gun any time I go outside.

it be fish food in our pond. killed enough cottonmouths out here that there was no mistaking what was in that white mouth, 3/4" or so pr. of fangs when he coiled.
