I’ve got a late model f150 and Silverado in the driveway. The Ford is 10x a better truck with exception of the motor/trans, Chevy is better there. So like the most important part of the vehicle? Got it...

Another thing about a Ford , it's the squeakiest vehicle ever made My 06 cheby 2500hd squeaks like crazy!!!! But it has 2000 pounds in the bed everywhere it goes. As for the interior in OP.... thats because rest of truck is useless before interior.

Grandparents only ran Ford’s. I’ve never bought anything other than Ford
Married have two girls and 4 Ford’s in the driveway
Youngest drives my old 2004 150. Never been in the shop
I’ve had two Ford rangers that went over 200k and only changed the battery in them
Even got 9n and 8n Ford tractors in the back from the earl 40s I use each month

This is a hard thread to read as i'm currently looking at new trucks. Have always owned chevy's but looking at both now. I did have a work truck that was a ford and it was a good truck. I just don't know which direction i want to take.
Life journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved state.
But rather skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "holy carp what a ride!"

I put 300,000 miles on my 2016 tundra. Every time I took it in for an oil change at Toyota of Fort Worth, none of the service techs ever had anything to do. I would offer to compare service receipts with you Ford, Dodge, and Chevy guys but I don’t have any. I’ve got 112,000 on mine. I changed the serpentine belt at 100,000…cause I was bored. I now have 12,000 miles on the Gates belt and keep the OEM Toyota belt under the back seat. It doesn’t seem like I’ll get 20k outta the aftermarket “good” belt and might have to reinstall the old OEM belt to get to 200k. Toyotas are built like tanks and built to outlast your desire to look at it.

I like my F-150, excluding the swollen nuts. Never got swollen nuts from driving my Chevy because people who drive chevy's have no nuts.

I have had Ford F150 trucks for over 20 years and 2 years ago I bought a Chevy Silverado. I must say as of right now I like the Chevy truck better. The only other truck I have owned was a great 1983 Toyota 4 wheel drive. I just out grew that truck as the family grew.
