My last fishing trip before I had hernia surgery a couple weeks ago... and we were absolutely destroying the Sheepshead down at Packery Channel! Great eating fish and I would probably sushi it again, but wasn't what I was hoping it to be. I'm going to try sushi'ing a lot of things this year, we will see how that turns out.
