Thanks for all the recommendations! My brothers and I have been thumping for stripers, hybrids, and sandbass since the early 1990”s. Yeah, we’re old. We used a boat paddle tapping the floor of our boats. I’ll be happy to help you with your questions and purchasing a thumper. Just give me a shout.

God does not charge time spent fishing against a man’s allotted life span. “Fishing is much more than fish. It is the great occasion when we may return to the fine simplicity of our forefathers,” Herbert Hoover. “I spent most of my money on fishing. The rest I wasted,” Author Unknown.

My Thumponator started out as a pet project for myself and turned into something I can easily reproduce and sell I'm the new thumper on the block and taking is slowly for now (only 10 prototypes and 50 production models out there so far) My goal was to produce a $200 thumping device, which I have done, and recently added a smartphone remote (included for the same price, so I've been sending the upgrades to all the current owners) I Almost have enough sold to be able to get an active target device and a go-pro so I can start making some videos this fall when i move to Whitney

Thanks! That was a fun video! Hopefully that shows how well thumpers work! I build 60-80 at a time when I get a couple of weekends! My family and I make everything ourselves except for the motor, controller and ammo can. It’s incredibly effective!

I purchased a thumper last week from www.thumpemupfishing.com. I went to Cedar Creek yesterday and it worked perfectly. I was able to pick it up and met Eric. He's a great guy and I can now personally recommend this thumper. We caught a ton of white bass and our new thumper worked very well the entire time.

Thanks Shim2548! We used our thumper today on Texoma and stacked the fish under our boat! We had our limit of 20 in an hour! Thumpers, thumpernators and Bobo’s Thumpers work! Check them out and get yourself one if you don’t have one!
